Joe is known for the precision & quality of his craftsmanship, as well as his technical expertise. An experienced construction supervisor, project manager, & highly skilled carpenter, he especially enjoys hardwood flooring projects that involve technical challenges & new or unusual materials. Prior to co-founding Zvara Custom Wood Floors with dad Peter, Joe worked with some of the Northwest’s premiere residential & commercial construction companies. He is proud to have served as construction supervisor for major renovation of the beautiful Alaska SeaLife Center in Seward, Alaska. Joe says it is important to “take the time to carefully listen to the client & understand their ideas, concerns, & vision for the completed project” and says “I’m not happy until the client is happy”.
